SECOND U.S. PASSPORT

You may apply for a second passport if:

• You are a frequent traveler and require that one passport be utilized for visa processing while you are using the other passport to travel abroad or
• You plan to travel to a country which objects to particular immigration stamps currently inside your passport (i.e. Israeli stamps).

To obtain a second passport, please submit the following documents to IRTC:

  1.  Download IRTC Order Form

  2.  Filled out application on line DS-82
   3.   Your current passport in your possession (Passport must be signed.)

  4.  Two (2) passport-type photographs

• Photographs must be official passport-type only and approximately 2" x 2" with a clear background. Face forward only.

  4.  Letter from traveler or appropriate party explaining in detail why second passport is  necessary

  5.  Second Passport Request Form

  6.  Proof of Departure
